Q: Are you a commercial or residential contractor? A: I am experienced in both. I specialize in basic to high-end commercial tenant improvements (office spaces, retail, clinics) as well as comprehensive residential renovations (kitchens, bathrooms, full home remodels).
Q: Who runs Bisceglia Contracting? A: The company is owned and operated by myself, Donato Bisceglia. With over 13 years of experience as a Site Superintendent for both commercial and residential projects, I bring a "site-first" approach to management, ensuring high-quality workmanship and strict adherence to timelines.

Q: Do you handle the design phase? A: Indirectly, yes. I work with Architects and Designers and can be your Design-Build partner. I can work with clients from the "napkin sketch" phase all the way to completion. Whether you already have blueprints or just a vision, we can help bring your interior design ideas to life.
Q: What services do you offer? A: As a General Contractor, I manage and oversee the entire project including all required subcontractors such as licensed plumbers and electricians.
Q: Do you do small repairs or only large renovations? A: While I specialize in complete renovations and improvements, I value all my clients. Please reach out to with your project details; if it’s not the right fit, I can often point you in the right direction and have a large network of vetted trades.

Q: How long will my renovation take? A: Timelines vary significantly based on the scope of work. However, speed and efficiency are core pillars of the "Bisceglia Way." I understand that for commercial clients, every day closed is lost revenue, and for homeowners, construction is disruptive to daily life. I provide a clear and aggressive schedule before we start and strive to beat it.
Q: Do you handle permits and inspections? A: Yes. Navigating city permits can be complex and every municipality has their own specific requirements. I manage the permitting process to ensure your project is up to code and passes all necessary municipal inspections.
Q: Will there be a supervisor on site? A: Absolutely. I believe in watchful attention to detail on all my projects. Unlike some contractors who subcontract out the work and disappear, I maintain a strong presence on-site to ensure quality control and keep the project moving smoothly.
